Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Focus Forward Therapy Group since 2014.
Her goal was to create a boutique style mental health clinic in Ottawa. She currently supervises the wonderful clinicians at the boutique as well as clinicians working outside of FFTG.

Clients who come to her are presenting with sports psychology needs, trauma or high achievers. I am not accepting new clients but happy to answer any questions you may have. My team of clinicians are currently taking on clients.

Stephanie Edmonds is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with 16 years of experience in both frontline healthcare and psychotherapy. With roots in Intensive Care and Emergency medicine, she brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the resilience of the human spirit. Stephanie specializes in trauma recovery, relational healing, and guiding clients through transformative change with approaches such as IFS, DBT, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT).
She also works with couples, including those in Polyamorous and Ethical Non-Monogamous relationships, helping partners improve communication, navigate challenges, and build deeper connections. Her practice offers an inclusive, affirming space where individuals and couples can feel seen, empowered, and supported in creating meaningful change.

Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) working under the supervision of Christine Harrison, RP.

With Sarah’s experience in Healthcare and mental health facilities, she works with compassion and approaches each individual with an integrative perspective, and a holistic approach. She specializes in individuals coping with illness, disability, and life transitions. Using compassion and evidence-based strategies, she empowers clients to navigate challenges.

Sara is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator.
She has experience in weight management and cardiovascular disease (High
blood pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes). She provides a client-centered
approach and empowers her clients to achieve their health and weight
management goals safely, effectively and conveniently.
In her practice, Sara uses shared decision-making. She brings her expertise
related to evidence-based guidelines and recommendations and the client brings
their expertise in terms of values, lifestyle preferences, and previous nutrition and
medical experiences. Then the two expertise merge together to allow the client to
take an informed decision about what to do moving forward.

Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist(Qualifying)and Art Therapist registered with the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA)
Nicole uses trauma-informed care using a client-centered approach based on psychodynamic theory and utilizing CBT and mindfulness practices. Nicole also recognizes the value of an interdisciplinary approach and can incorporate diverse theories into the art therapy practice, tailored to the client's needs.

Natasha is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
With over 9 years of experience in mental health, Natasha is a compassionate and empathetic counsellor.
Natasha has extensive experience working with diverse
populations. Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy,
mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, and coping strategies. Providing individual therapy
sessions addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, stress, personality issues, and
more.
Additionally, designed and presented mental health workshops for adults, offering a series
of informative and engaging sessions.

Lindsey is a Registered Massage Therapist. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a fulfilling career in Massage Therapy. She graduated from Algonquin College's comprehensive three-year Massage Therapy program in 2017. She takes great pride in providing client-centered care, with a strong commitment to enhancing the health and overall quality of life of those she treats. Through ongoing research and education, Lindsey is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve both their physical and mental well-being. Lindsey has worked with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, tailoring her approach to meet the specific needs of each individual she treats.
In addition to her foundational training, Lindsey is certified in Cupping for Manual Therapy, having completed her training through the Cupping Revolution, endorsed by the Meridian Centre, in June 2018. Her skill set has been further enriched by over three years of teaching experience in massage therapy, where she has shared her knowledge with students while continuing to refine her own practice.

Alex is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Alex provides a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space to collaborate with clients. Employing a variety of modalities, Alex provides evidence-based and integrative approaches to help fit individual needs.
Alex also works closely with Christine in supporting athletes through our integrated fitness and mental wellness program. Together, they help clients enhance performance, manage stress, and build psychological resilience—ensuring both mind and body are aligned in pursuit of personal and athletic goals.

Leah Gauvin is a Registered Practical Nurse and Registered Psychotherapist known for her warm, affirming, and trauma-informed approach to mental health care. Fully bilingual in French and English, Leah brings a deeply inclusive lens to her work, specializing in LGBTQ+ counselling, grief support, substance use through a harm reduction lens, and relationship dynamics including Polyamory and Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM).
With extensive experience in both nursing and psychotherapy, Leah supports clients of all ages through complex emotional landscapes—identity exploration, trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and end-of-life care. She creates safe, collaborative spaces where clients can connect with their values, navigate emotional challenges, and build deeper self-awareness. Her work is especially attuned to the needs of queer, trans, and gender-diverse individuals, and she is skilled in using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based modalities to support emotional resilience and growth.
Leah is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through ATMA CENA, offering clinically grounded, ethically guided support for clients exploring psychedelic therapy and integration. Her practice is rooted in empathy, autonomy, and the belief that everyone deserves care that reflects their lived experience and relational needs.
Leah’s diverse clinical background is supported by advanced training in both medical and therapeutic settings. She holds certifications in Gentle Persuasive Approaches and cognitive assessment using the MoCA tool. She has also completed Pallium Canada’s LEAP Core and Pediatrics programs, and is trained as a crisis responder through KHP. This broad foundation allows Leah to integrate medical insight with relational depth—offering clients a balanced, holistic path toward healing and lasting personal growth.

Chase supports both clients and clinicians at Focus Forward Therapy Group with her strong background in administrative operations and organizational structure. She also provides essential coordination within our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy clinic, ensuring effective processes and client care.
Chase is on the path to pursuing her Master's of Counselling while continuing her role in office management. Over the past two years, she has become a valued team member, contributing to both clinical operations and the overall success of the practice.

Meredith is a dedicated team member at FFTG, committed to helping others recognize and unleash their full potential. With a deep passion for guiding individuals on their journey of fitness and self-discovery, Meredith brings empathy, encouragement, and energy to every session.

Roxanne is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in emergency, medical-surgical, home care, and palliative care. She began her career in 2009 in the Gatineau Emergency and Psychiatric departments and went on to serve in leadership roles at Hawkesbury Hospital before specializing in palliative care.
As both a dedicated clinician and a mother of two, Roxanne brings skill, compassion, and balance to her practice. At Focus Forward Therapy Group, she provides a safe and supportive space for clients to heal and grow.
