Olivia Warnock Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) , passionate triathlete and cat lover. As a collaborative psychotherapist I provide a non judgemental and inclusive approach to counselling. My therapeutic style can be described as warm, fluid, and informative, and draws on a person-centered approach. Additionally, my therapeutic practice incorporates a trauma-informed lens, some aspects of CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Through this multifaceted approach I seek to support folks with the tools that they need to become the most authentic and healthy versions of themselves. Moreover, I strive to honour diversity, and be an ally for all races, genders , sexualities and faiths.
